Recent Changes and a Rogue Email

You may have noticed some small changes to the dmfitness website. It was mostly just some clean up and a hosting changes, but you may have gotten a strange email that had the post titles “test” and “hello world”.

Sorry about this rogue email. Truth be told, it was really late and I just wasn’t completely thinking through system change I was making.

Anyway, this website is up and running and I plan to use the dmfitness blog to keep you more regularly updated about what’s happening with my different fitness solutions.
